Defrost in fridge overnight. To reheat : Place in a preheated oven 160 degrees for 40 mins and rest for 10 mins. Reheat from frozen : Place in a preheated oven 160 degrees for 80 mins and rest for 10 mins. Do not freeze nor reheat again.
